Agreed; I'm pressed for time at the moment as well, but one thing is important for me to ackowledge in what you wrote

One should look for these qualities in people totally unexpected to have these qualities, and in totally unexpected places.
If one is looking for a "guru" or teacher in these matters at least it's clear where NOT to look, right? ;-)
