Hey, no risk, no gain! Please be advised that taxation is heavier on proprieterships (privately run businesses) and only NP's and higher can generate billable visits through Medicaid, etc., so RN's and LPN's would do better with client billing directly. And don't forget the insurance: if you can get some federal funding, then maybe you can get coverage through the FTCA, which would greatly reduce your fixed operating expenses.
