Wow . . . that's wierd.
I have an primarily Italian background, and in Italy, unlike America, 13 is a lucky number . . . it represents Jesus and the appostles, of which there were 13 people altogether.
Its a very sad thing indeed to see this kind of representation of the number 13
I've heard that in Masonic countries (of which the U.S. is certainly a prime example), 13 is unlucky b/c the Templars were all arrested on Friday, Oct 13 back in whatever year it was (somewhere in the 1200s or 1300s, I think)..
Not sure if that's true, but I suppose it's interesting..
