Not being a theologian, I will pass on that question.
The point in this case is not what the Bible says; rather what it doesn't say.
Joshua commanded the Sun to be still, implying it was previously in motion without saying where it is going. Anyone who believes the Sun revolves around Earth is putting words in the Bible that are not there.
