Ugh it's annoying isn't it? I'm not sure why it's not working properly. Some sites have the message too short thing so you actually contribute something more than a "QFT" or whatever else you may have to say in 4 letters or less.
I think if something can be said in one letter than so be it. I'll put this on my list of "things we'd like to see go away" for club conspiracy.
