Cuts his hair. Causes a media uproar. This is insane. His hair looks so disgusting and ugly. Who cares if he cuts his hair? It may actually help his image. I mean just look at that mop on his head. I feel like if I could disconnect his head from the neck it would make a great tool at McDonald's when someone throws up. Just saying.
