Keep quiet and they wouldn't target me, my husband or my children.

Open my mouth and WE would be targeted and there wouldn't be any way for me or anyone else to stop them because this weaponry is SECRET, SILENT and INVISIBLE.

Not secret; however, amongst those who invent and deploy it.
