Re: So when do we tell the children?
Well, back in the day as youngster in grade school, I used to average about eight hours of television a day. Let's see, pre-school through 12th grade so, 14 years at eight hours a day. That's a shitload of life wasted I could've been doing somethin' else more constructive. Then after highschool, I enlisted in the outer-party, I mean the military and had one hell of a rude awakening about how I've been lied to all my life via school and television. I quit watching television cold turkey back in 2001 when I got out of service. I do'nt miss it at all. I might watch a documentary video every now and then but that's it. There's lots of subliminal messages in television that are aimed at turning your kids against you. It's best to avoid it all together. Encourage reading, exercise and nutrition and your kids will turn out alright.
So pardon me while I burst into flames.
I\'ve had enough of the world and it\'s people\'s mindless games.
So pardon me while I burn, and rise above the flame. Pardon me, pardon me, I\'ll never be the same. -Brandon Boyd
