One thing a lot of people have ignored(not everyone), is that if those towers had been demolished under normal civilian standards the lawsuits for health related problems would have been never-ending. People could have blamed every respiratory issue they experienced on government negligence. This way it was evil Al CIADA the phantom enemy and the government can claim victim as well. That is if you believe it was done for a reason. I think they did it because they wanted to. Not because they felt they needed to.
