Above Top Secret. Heck, I am soooo banned from them that I can not evey access their webpage anymore! So, you guys can try and post this information on their forums...the good people, though few as they are, need to know the truth about these two govenrment run forums. This is just madness..how can they even ban me from VIEWING the forums?
