OK, say you have been deleted / banned from ATS.
ATS can still use your profile. It is on their server.
So they log on to your profile, send a message to another member and log off.
Now, In a court of law, how do "you" prove that it wasn't you who made sent that message?
So, the point I was getting at was, ATS uses deleted / banned profiles to harass other members (who they deem to be out of line), and I was just pointing out that this practice is illegal, but very hard to prove.
