So, the point I was getting at was, ATS uses deleted / banned profiles to harass other members (who they deem to be out of line), and I was just pointing out that this practice is illegal, but very hard to prove.

Particulary because you continue to believe that someone can use your PROFILE to accomplish that which you say they have.
Please look-up the word PROFILE.
