It is indeed real... I did have a hard time to believe so myself, but French news show a clear video of this hole into which only a security guard fall to his death!
It is attributed to the heavy pumping of their underground water, which have caused this perfect hole to collapse into a smaller underground river.
I would suggest the peoples there to move out... Not sure where this river ends!
