Most people are unaware of President Clinton's historic speech, which was given three hours prior to the O. J. Simpson jury trial verdict.

I suggest someone within the government clarify what defines "unethical" experiments as referenced by Clinton.

And, BTW, Clinton forgot to mention that these unethical experiments are also conducted in US prisons and black prisons operated by the CIA and located in other countries; many of them on islands; such as GITMO.
