Do you seriously think that a person can tell another person, NASA astronaut, physicist, rocket scientist, or not that they picked up some frequency in deep space and that it was definitely a CODE of some kind from an ET without sounding somewhat unstable?
Judy may know something of significance, but I highly doubt this is what it is.
