Second St. Louis cop admits theft

A St. Louis police officer pleaded guilty to a federal theft charge Tuesday and admitted stealing $1,480 in electronics .
Christian A. Brezill, 25, pleaded guilty to a single felony county of theft of U.S. government property.
The items had been stolen from a Best Buy store, and put in in the trunk of Brezillís marked police cruiser. They never reported that the woman had stolen goods, or that they seized those items. Instead, they met after their shift to split up their loot. The pair sold some, kept some and gave some to the tipster who told Jackson where to find the woman, Assistant U.S. Attorney Hal Goldsmith said in c
