Hi i'm from a small Pacific Island country called "Federated States of Micronesia" and I saw a small sized lighted orb in the ocean while on a fishing trip with two friends. This small lighted orb about the size of an over-sized beach ball came up out of the water and started moving across the water in front of our boat at a very slow speed and we could actually see its wake and its glow being reflected off of the waves near it.

Also, right after I posted a story about this in early 1990s on usenet newsgroups, I became a target of what I have now come to realize is some form of organized method of electronic harassment and several times before what i think is called "gangstalking"
