I'm very familial with two aspects of the Bible, literally and symbolically, which holds most of it's great knowledge. In Western society we feel we honor a person more then what is due him by giving him titles that are beyond him. In the Bible, Jesus was clear that such praises should not be given to him, but to the Father. Not biological, but spiritual father. When we view the Christ, within it's proper context. We will be able to see greater transformation of mankind towards human excellence. When we view the Christ as being a divine figure then we "crucify" the mission of Jesus. When we provide mankind with the truth, that each one of us has a Christ aspect within us that we can awaken only through total submission to one God, by belief and good works. We would control the key to unlock our servitude to anything, but the one God, that Jesus himself worshipped.
