Janey Don't Lose Your Heart
Bruce Springsteen

You got your book baby with all your fears
Let me honey and i'll catch your tears
I'll take your sorrow if you want me to
Come tomorrow
That's what i'll do
Listen to me

Janey don't you lose heart
Janey don't you lose heart
Janey don't you lose heart
Janey don't you lose heart

Well you say you got no new dreams to touch
You feel like a stranger babe who knows too much
You come home late and get undressed
You lie in bed and feel this emptiness
Well listen to me

Janey don't you lose heart
Janey don't you lose heart
Janey don't you lose heart
Janey don't you lose heart

Till every river it runs dry
Until the sun's torn from the sky
Till every feel you've felt burst free
Gone tumblin' down into the sea

Listen to me
Janey don't you lose heart
Janey don't you lose heart
Janey don't you lose heart
Janey don't you lose heart

In Peace,
BlueAngel

Bobby Jean
Bruce Springsteen

Well i came by your house the other day, your mother said you went away
She said there was nothing that i could have done
There was nothing nobody could say
Me and you we've known each other ever since we were sixteen
I wished i would have known i wished i could have called you
Just to say goodbye bobby jean

Now you hung with me when all the others turned away turned up their noise
We liked the same music we liked the same bands we liked the same clothes
We told each other that we were the wildest, the wildest things we'd ever
Seen
Now i wished you would have told me i wished i could have talked to you
Just to say goodbye bobby jean

Now we went walking in the rain talking about the pain from the world we hid
Now there ain't nobody nowhere nohow gonna ever understand me the way you did
Maybe you'll be out there on that road somewhere
In some bus or train traveling along
In some motel room there'll be a radio playing
And you'll hear me sing this song
Well if you do you'll know i'm thinking of you and all the miles in between
And i'm just calling one last time not to change your mind
But just to say i miss you baby, good luck goodbye, bobby jean

In Peace,
BlueAngel

I guess He didn't bother asking Bobby Jean's mother where she went. Maybe, she, too, was in a so-called government safehouse, witness protection program.

TAKE NOTE:

Nothing Man reference: "You can call me JOE."

Just received a phone call asking IF I WAS JOE.

Produced symptoms for a short-period.

In Peace,

Maria's Bed
Bruce Springsteen

Been on a barbed wire highway 40 days and nights
I ain't complainin', it's my job and it suits me right
I got a sweet soft fever rushin' around my head
I'm gonna sleep tonight in Maria's bed

Got on a dead man suit and smilin' skull ring
Lucky graveyard boots and a song to sing
I keep my heart in my work but trouble's in my head
And I keep my soul in Maria's bed

I been up on sugar mountain, cross the sweet blue seas
I walked the valley of love and tears and mystery
I got run out'a luck and give myself up for dead
And I drank the cool clear waters from Maria's bed

She give me candy stick kisses 'neath a wolf dog moon
One sweet breath and she'll take you mister to the upper room
I was burned by the angels, sold wings of lead
Then I fell in the roses and sweet salvation of Maria's bed

I been out in the desert yeah doin' my time
Searchin' through the dust for fools gold, lookin' for a sign
Holy man said "hold on brother there's a light up ahead"
Ain't nothing like a light that shines on me in Maria's bed

Well I'll take my blessings at the riverhead
I'm living in the light of Maria's bed

In Peace,
BlueAngel

Since when does Springsteen do work on a Highway? Well, then again, in several songs he works at a Texaco station.

Leah
Bruce Springsteen

wanna build me a house, on higher ground
I wanna find me a world, where love's the only sound
High above this road, filled with shadow and doubt
I want to shoulder my load, and figure it all out
With Leah

I walk this road, with a hammer and a fiery lantern
With this hand I've built, and with this I've burned
I wanna live in the same house, beneath the same roof
Sleep in the same bed, search for the same proof
As Leah

I got somethin' in my heart, I been waitin' to give
I got a life I wanna start, one I been waitin' to live
No more waitin', tonight I feel the light I say the prayer
I open the door, I climb the stairs...

In Peace,
BlueAngel

Obsessed, you say? That would be negative. Remember, I'm a mind control survivor used in the music industry as a sex slave.

Remember, too, that lyrics contain embedded messages/disinformation/beta prgramming triggers.

I'm just doing research. Thought I'd start with HIM.

In Peace,
BlueAngel

Turns you on, does it?

All the Way Home
Bruce Springsteen
Devils and Dust

I know what it's like to have failed baby
With the whole world lookin' on
I know what it's like to have been so sure
Wake up and find it all gone

Now you've got no reason to trust me
And tonight my confidence is a little rusty
It's getting late
And if you don't feel leavin' alone
Well maybe I can walk you baby
All the way home

Our old fears and failures
Well they do linger (oh yes they do)
Like the shadow of that ring
That was on your finger
Well those days darling,
Those days are dead and gone
Oh I could walk you baby
All the way home

Now there's things no one can rearrange
We both have yesterdays that we can't change
It's closing time - bartender's ringing last call
These days I don't stand on pride and
I've learned how to take a fall
Now the time has come
And if your first choice - he's gone
Well that's alright baby
'Cause I can walk you all the way home
All the way home
All the way home

In Peace,
BlueAngel

Don't know about you, but it's odd to me that a married man can write love songs that aren't about his wife.

Springsteen isn't the only musician who does this, but he seems to have one of the largest collections of love songs with and without female names.

Sometimes, the names seem as though they could be male or female.

Such is the case with Jesse, Frankie, and Bobbie, which is used in Devils and Dust.

Long Time Comin'
Bruce Springsteen
Devils and Dust

Where the creek runs shallow and sandy
The moon swoops over the stars
______ straight into my arms
I'm going to get birth naked and bury my old soul
And dance on it's grave
Dance on his grave

It's a long time comin'
A long time comin' my dear
But now it's here

My daddy was a stranger
Lived in a hotel downtown
When I was a kid
He was just somebody I'd see around
Somebody I'd see around

It's a long time comin'
A long time comin' my dear
But now it's here

Down below and pulling on my shirt
I got some kids of my own
But if I had one wish kids
That your mistakes would be your own
Your sins would be your own

It's a long time comin'
A long time comin' my dear
But now it's here

I am laying under the arms of Cassiopeia
The sword of Orion sweeps
It's me and you Rosie
Crackling like crossed wires
I listen to you breathing in your sleep

The sparks of the fire are left burning
Lie 2 kids in sleeping bags
I reach under your shirt and feel your belly
There's another one kicking inside
I promise I ain't going to fuck it up this time

In Peace,
BlueAngel

The name Rosie is used here. The mind is open to suggestion with the last line, "I promise I ain't going to fuck it up this time."

Fuck what up?

References that Rosie is pregnant.

Again, the mind is open to suggestion with the lyrics, "it's been a long time comin' my dear, but now it's here."

What's been a long time comin'?

TAKE NOTE:

"I promise I ain't going to fuck it up this time."

"It's been a long time comin' my dear, but now it's here."
