If the New World Order is not "Jewish" why are they so over-represented?

I guess I've put that question on the backburner for the while, in light of Henry Makow's writings that obviously proves that not ALL Jews are against humanity and share a consciousness, but the question still remains, why does there at least seem to be a Jewish "spokesman" for every socially destructive movement, whether it be Marx, Wolfowitz, Freud, etc.

I find it hard to believe that the NWO would install these people just to frame them up. Can someone tell me why? :-o
