Psalm 148: Greater Hallel

הַלְלוּ אֶת-יְהוָה, מִן-הַשָּׁמַיִם; הַלְלוּהוּ, בַּמְּרוֹמִים. 1 Hallelujah. {N}
Praise ye the LORD from the heavens; praise Him in the heights.

2 Praise ye Him, all His angels; praise ye Him, all His hosts.

3 Praise ye Him, sun and moon; praise Him, all ye stars of light.

4 Praise Him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that are above the heavens.

5 Let them praise the name of the LORD; for He commanded, and they were created.

6 He hath also established them for ever and ever; He hath made a decree which shall not be transgressed.

ז הַלְלוּ אֶת-יְהוָה, מִן-הָאָרֶץ-- תַּנִּינִים, וְכָל-תְּהֹמוֹת. 7 Praise the LORD from the earth, ye sea-monsters, and all deeps;

ח אֵשׁ וּבָרָד, שֶׁלֶג וְקִיטוֹר; רוּחַ סְעָרָה, עֹשָׂה דְבָרוֹ. 8 Fire and hail, snow and vapour, stormy wind, fulfilling His word;

ט הֶהָרִים וְכָל-גְּבָעוֹת; עֵץ פְּרִי, וְכָל-אֲרָזִים. 9 Mountains and all hills, fruitful trees and all cedars;

י הַחַיָּה וְכָל-בְּהֵמָה; רֶמֶשׂ, וְצִפּוֹר כָּנָף. 10 Beasts and all cattle, creeping things and winged fowl;

יא מַלְכֵי-אֶרֶץ, וְכָל-לְאֻמִּים; שָׂרִים, וְכָל-שֹׁפְטֵי אָרֶץ. 11 Kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all judges of the earth;

יב בַּחוּרִים וְגַם-בְּתוּלוֹת; זְקֵנִים, עִם-נְעָרִים. 12 Both young men and maidens, old men and children;

הוֹדוֹ, עַל-אֶרֶץ וְשָׁמָיִם. 13 Let them praise the name of the LORD, for His name alone is exalted; {N}
His glory is above the earth and heaven.

הַלְלוּ-יָהּ. 14 And He hath lifted up a horn for His people, a praise for all His saints, {N}
even for the children of Israel, a people near unto Him. {N}
Hallelujah.

Psalm 19

1 For the Leader. A Psalm of David.

ב הַשָּׁמַיִם, מְסַפְּרִים כְּבוֹד-אֵל; וּמַעֲשֵׂה יָדָיו, מַגִּיד הָרָקִיעַ. 2 The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament showeth His handiwork;

ג יוֹם לְיוֹם, יַבִּיעַ אֹמֶר; וְלַיְלָה לְּלַיְלָה, יְחַוֶּה-דָּעַת. 3 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night revealeth knowledge;

4 There is no speech, there are no words, neither is their voice heard.

ה בְּכָל-הָאָרֶץ, יָצָא קַוָּם, וּבִקְצֵה תֵבֵל, מִלֵּיהֶם;
לַשֶּׁמֶשׁ, שָׂם-אֹהֶל בָּהֶם. 5 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. {N}
In them hath He set a tent for the sun,

6 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run his course.

7 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it; and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

8 The law of the LORD is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

9 The precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.

י יִרְאַת יְהוָה, טְהוֹרָה--עוֹמֶדֶת לָעַד: מִשְׁפְּטֵי-יְהוָה אֱמֶת; צָדְקוּ יַחְדָּו. 10 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever; the ordinances of the LORD are true, they are righteous altogether;

11 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

12 Moreover by them is Thy servant warned; in keeping of them there is great reward.

13 Who can discern his errors? Clear Thou me from hidden faults.

יד גַּם מִזֵּדִים, חֲשֹׂךְ עַבְדֶּךָ-- אַל-יִמְשְׁלוּ-בִי אָז אֵיתָם;
וְנִקֵּיתִי, מִפֶּשַׁע רָב. 14 Keep back Thy servant also from presumptuous sins, that they may not have dominion over me; {N}
then shall I be faultless, and I shall be clear from great transgression.

יְהוָה, צוּרִי וְגֹאֲלִי. 15 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable before Thee, {N}
O LORD, my Rock, and my Redeemer. {P}

The Book of Psalms

Chapter 11

1 In the LORD put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?

2 For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.

3 If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?

4 The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD's throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.

5 The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

6 Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.

7 For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright

This is a profound Psalm, redhat. Don't have the music for it yet, but I'll share this one along with it.

The great thing about these Psalms is that these are the original transcriptions from the Massoretic notation. So they are extremely close reproductions of the originals.

It might do one much good to simply listen to them as they were meant to be heard and read. Contemplate upon them. Take a walk outside. Commune with the Most High. Find Rest for your souls. For we live in a world of trouble and strife. But in the House of the LORD, there is Peace forevermore.

Chesed va-Shalom-li in the name of Adonai Jeshua Ha-Meshiach.

Psalms Chapter 142
א מַשְׂכִּיל לְדָוִד;
בִּהְיוֹתוֹ בַמְּעָרָה תְפִלָּה. 1 Maschil of David, {N}
when he was in the cave; a Prayer.

2 With my voice I cry unto the LORD; with my voice I make supplication unto the LORD.

ג אֶשְׁפֹּךְ לְפָנָיו שִׂיחִי; צָרָתִי, לְפָנָיו אַגִּיד. 3 I pour out my complaint before Him, I declare before Him my trouble;

בְּאֹרַח-זוּ אֲהַלֵּךְ-- טָמְנוּ פַח לִי. 4 When my spirit fainteth within me--Thou knowest my path-- {N}
in the way wherein I walk have they hidden a snare for me.

אָבַד מָנוֹס מִמֶּנִּי; אֵין דּוֹרֵשׁ לְנַפְשִׁי. 5 Look on my right hand, and see, for there is no man that knoweth me; {N}
I have no way to flee; no man careth for my soul.

אָמַרְתִּי, אַתָּה מַחְסִי; חֶלְקִי, בְּאֶרֶץ הַחַיִּים. 6 I have cried unto Thee, O LORD; {N}
I have said: 'Thou art my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.'

הַצִּילֵנִי מֵרֹדְפַי-- כִּי אָמְצוּ מִמֶּנִּי. 7 Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low; {N}
deliver me from my persecutors; for they are too strong for me.

בִּי, יַכְתִּרוּ צַדִּיקִים-- כִּי תִגְמֹל עָלָי. 8 Bring my soul out of prison, that I may give thanks unto Thy name; {N}
the righteous shall crown themselves because of me; for Thou wilt deal bountifully with me. {P}

I pray that GOD hears my voice, and my concerns, this I'm 100% certain, that he indeed does.
