I have a illegal microchip in me

I am currenntly looking for someone who can locate these microchips in me and take them out. I pray that if there isn't such a person that one comes along soon. I am hearing people talk and when I don't say the right thing I am severely tortuted. They have control over my nervous system and they are causing the pain that way. My brain chemistry is being altered all the time. One second I am nervous the next second I am in deep despair. Any info on this is welcome.
