I think you have some good points but the direction I see it going in is this. I think we will first go to one currency (maybe the euro)) and then to a cashless society, where they will either implant a chip in your hand with your banking information in it.... That way you just simply wave your hand over a scanner and it reads your chip and there's less chance of losing your information. Or maybe something similar. Maybe a bar code imprinted on your hand. That would be taking the number of the beast also, according to the bible. If you reject taking the chip or bar code you would not be able to buy anything and that would definitely define a system designed by evil people. Namely, the antichrist.

... back in the 70's I had sent off for a copy of my Social Security Card

on the back in the lower corner were 9 red colored digits other than my Social Security Number

Social Security Number is 9 digits also 9 plus 9 = 18

6+6+6 = 18 .... too late y'all! ... we done been got!
