I am just trying to get my head around the 'office politics' of this forum, and it all seems to involve yourself blueangel. The last time I checked sarcasm and poor sarcasm are still sarcasm. I think your problem is that you can't admit when you've made a mistake and just come clean and apologise. You are a mod after all, you've been given a lot of power but it should not be abused.
i agree with you. but... isnt it power we all lust after? or is it just me?
I suppose we do all lust after power, but then there's two ways to use power given to us. Either appropriately or to abuse it. I can't think of many things worse than abusing the power that has been bestowed upon us.

1. Catholic priests used to have and still have a lot of responsibilities in relation to children, ruining schools and orphanages etc. They were given the power and authority to look after the children - some of them abused their power, badly.
2. A recent case here in england, a woman in her 30s was convicted of taking pornographic images of young child. What was the abuse of power here? She was their day care supervisor!
Well even as a medical student, I take histories and examine patients who are vulnerable and scared. One of the first things we are taught is how much power and trust people have in use and we NEVER violate that power and trust.
