Default EPA: BP MUST USE LESS TOXIC DISPERSANT Release date: 05/20/2010

The directive requires BP to identify a less toxic alternative to be used both on the surface and under the water at the source of the oil leak within 24 hours and to begin using the less toxic dispersant within 72 hours of submitting the alternative.

Just f***ing great! They've pumped well over 1/2 million gallons of the toxic crap, Corexit9500,
and now they say, use the LESS toxic stuff.

I just doesn't get any more stupid.

Perform random acts of kindness on strangers who are in need.

Perhaps using a less toxic dispersant means they're winning and are now starting to tone down the operation??
