Today, in the morning of March 12, 2011, Kagoshima City would have had auspicious and exciting ceremonies.

But everything was cancelled due to the strong earthquakes throughout Japan.

Kyushu Railway Co. started bullet-train operations on the Kyushu Shinkansen Line between the cities of Fukuoka and Kagoshima on March 12.

But every ceremony was cancelled in Kagoshima though ceremonies were carried out as planned in other cities.

Nowadays many people believe that the disasters were the government's conspiracy.
