Japanese Army Bullies People with Cunning Tricks

Japan is a nation of disasters.

Many people are killed. But it is not the real destiny.

Most of them are intentionally abandoned during the disasters.

But the mass media's propaganda for the government is almost perfect and most people are deceived.

For example, people suffer from disrupted water supply during the disasters.

And after the disasters, the Japanese army arrives at the affected area albeit belatedly.

The army invariably supply water with water tank trucks.

However, water supply in Japan cannot be cut off to tell the truth.

Water pipeline infrastructure in Japan is somewhat like the Internet networks.

Like Internet communication, Water can be supplied from every direction.

But in reality, the water pipeline is always cut at every border of cities and towns.

Local waterworks departments in Japan always turn off valves at the borders of the community.

I asked the reason and was surprised at their responses.

They said that they always turned off valves at the border just to protect the residents.

They said that they were afraid of terrorists' poisoning.

Then, they never turn on the border valves, and the army supplies water while people are in life difficulties.

Japan has several big suspension bridges, and all the bridges have big water pipelines under the bridges.

Probably, such construction is a white elephant.

( hypotheses are included )
