Default Unlawful search & seizure?

http://www.druglibrary.org/schaffer/lsd/marks10.htm Check this site for a well-rounded introduction to what I call "Surreptitious collection of psychometric data." Suppose that the next time you find a wallet with a c-note sticking out of it you are in reality a subject of honesty testing. Maybe the next time you are in a dressing room at Sears or Wal-Mart you are the unwitting subject of modesty testing, etc., etc., etc. Does anyone have stories or theories about this kind of thing in public? I've seen some instances that very well could be this very thing, albeit by private parties or for student research. My concern is that our personalities and thoughts, etc., are not for public display, and therefore are protected under the Fourth Amendment.

I'm very much aware of this happening. Thing is though, you have to realize that our blessed Bill of Rights is already gone. Remember, the best slaves are the ones who believe that they're still free. :-P

He must've hid the booze well, then. OK, soooo, the casinos pump in oxygen to fortify the air and make everyone feel happy and alive so they stay longer and spend more money happily. And live longer. Maybe. So who's to say that they don't put a little oxytocin [http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/06/01/AR2005060101072.html]
in there, too? And how about those high-pressure salespeople for time-share? "Oh, we can give you the monthly payment that fits your budget" (Like yeah, $10 per month for the next gazillion years). :-? Do THEY use organic agents? I could swear that when I sat for one of those sessions (never again) they had the A/C blowing directly down on my head. Hmmmm, I wonder.

Bill of Rights? It's more like a Bill of Wrongs, now. When the NWO is a serious subject, all those who actually knew about rights will be dead and buried anyway. Yes, the greatest trick in competition is to persuade your opponent that the game does not exist. In fact, the greatest spaghetti dinner is still in the box. But you have to break a few heads to make an omelette. I mean eggs. Eggs to make an omelette. Brains make lousy omelettes. What would Humpty Dumpty say about all of this? :-o

No need to hide any booze, readily available throughout the stadium.

Funny story, shortly after I "WOKE," my family and I were going out of town for Thanksgiving. I always ordered (when airlines still served lunch, etc.) vegetarian meals for two in my family.

Now, remember, it's shortly after 911, the flight attendant approaches our family and in a really loud voice, says I have two MIDDLE EASTERN dinners for you. We just looked in amazement and could only laugh afterwards.

Now, on our way back, my husband was taken out of the line forming to board the aircraft, over to a table and everything was searched.

Now, listen to this, recently, my son was driving in his car, heard some rattling in the back of his SUV. His friends asked if he had any beer back there. NO, he said, and I believe him.

There were two 40 oz. colts. He was driving for 30 seconds looking for a garbage can. Instead, his two friends said, oh, pull over, in some park or something and they proceeded to take a sip.

Two seconds later, the cops showed up, asked whose it was and they said it was their beer and did not implicate my son.

He was not drinking.

So, this type of CRAP has been happening all of my life.

The list goes on and on. Don't want it to be all about me. Just want people to be aware that they definitely have "covert" ways of trying to get to you.

You can imagine, that my son, knowing about me, my past, was quite angry. Not only about the beer, but everything he has learned about our government over the past several years.

As far as time shares, those people really bug me. I once went to one with my family. Had the three children. Of course, they were unable to sit through this lady's presentation. I was upset because several times I said, not interested. She kept it up. I walked out never to go back to the table with my husband. She came outside, asked about me, said not interested.

She went inside with my husband, gave him the free hotel, etc. whatever (dump, by the way) and told him never to come back.

Who knows, Bouncer. Who knows what they put in our food, or toothpaste.

Who knows. But, I'm certain flouride is used as a means to pacify. I heard it was used on prisoners.

 8-) 8-)

Yeah, flouride, oxytocin, LSD, HAARP: who knows, maybe Orville Redenbacher's butter flavor contains nanotechnology to turn us into dull-eyed drooling TV zombies? I mean, these perv's thinking this stuff up have practically no limit to the imagination or to the budget. Limitless amounts of money to come up with new ways to f*ck people up permanently. Think about the minority enclaves in the inner city. The perv's bracket the neighborhood with psychoactive field generation, and then sit back and watch the 911 board light up like a Christmas tree. Oh gee, i guess it works.
The jerks in the airlines are never going to stop a highly-trained professional soldier from doing his job, by making annoying noises at innocent passengers. Idiots. The local yokels were probably just following orders or responding to a "tip" and didn't know what they were doing, either. America is still asleep and don't know it yet. Believe me, if some things don't change, there will be a next one, and it will be right in someone's backyard. And it'll be bigger, too. :-(

You know, I remember some time ago, when there were reports about how movie theatre butter was not good!!

Okay, before this report, I could go into my local supermarket and pick up a box of Orville's natural popcorn, even Paul Newman's. No butter, no salt.

Guess what?? It ain't happening now!! Butter, butter on most brands.

I'm going back to JIFFY POP if I can find it.

They've probably taken that off the shelves as well.

It's worse than that. DARPA project life log. There is just too much data eveywhere and once it gets into a computer now it becomes a permanent record. A real example of this can be shown. Today's youth are totally clueless idiots putting all of their information on the net with real names, sexual preferences and all sorts of things under the guise of socializing. myspace.com is only one of these dating, contact service websites. The plan to normalize giving your information away, perfectly acceptable to the 18-24 year old set. Law? what means law in the land of corporate greed.

It's an interesting study what they can and can't obtain without a warrant. Breath, yes; blood, no. Hey, funny you should mention DARPA, because the BLUESKY and TIA proposals can't happen without serious erosion of our basic rights to personal privacy. Although manpower and other considerations would indicate its use only on the most nefarious suspects, let's not forget Ruby Ridge, et al, and the allegations of federal snipers to muddy the waters.
I mean really, the fact that they passed the Patriot Act signifies a subversion of what we've trusted up to this time!
Blue Angel, I was only in a funk, and trying to inject a little mirth into the despair of knowing that most of our lives are vulnerable to a lot of different things. Personally, I like the Kettle Corn. Yeah, that stuff at the movie theater is just flavored grease. Yuk. See http://www.tnstate.edu/cmcginnis/432partI.htm for a few good paragraphs regarding application of the Fourth to technology.
