Where will you be?

"Well GAWLY gee peasants...there be a protestin down at tha Kapitale. We cun all strut about in a legally defined area shouting...We're here, were queer, get used to it! and other such chants that will have Cheyney QUAKING in his hooded Illuminati Robe."

Will that be the same Peace Movement that stopped the Vietnam War? The one that cunningly took 10 years to stop it?

America was BEATEN in Vietnam by a peasant army.

Just as Yanks would beat ANY Army that invaded the U.S.

The anti-war movement is USELESS and always has been. Stupid pressure release valve so New Yawkers can sip their Star Bucks next week guilt free.

Fuck the peace movement.

The top definition of useless.

Whoa, whoa, TB. A tad harsh, wouldn't you say?
You forgot all of those nubile, braless young leftwing intellectual chicks in the tight jeans with the peace symbols stenciled across the butt cheeks. You know, the Vassar girls who talk so fast that every time they give you a hickey it looks like needlepoint.
Talk about your redeeming social value...
The only thing I can think of that tops it for pure ambience was the skinnydipping in the water tanks at Jesus '76.
Like Jackson Browne said,
"I want to know what became of the changes
We waited for love to bring
Were they only the fitful dreams
Of some greater awakening..."

(Sigh...)

True...from the pragmatic point of view it was useless though i'm sure the "process" was much fun.

Perhaps I'm just shitty that my late 60's early 70's was the AIDS infected 80's.

Oh well.

You're regressing to the past!!!

If it makes one feel better to stand in the street, so be it.

Do you have any problems with Alex and his bullhorn???

Answer, NO!!

But, if a females speaks of protesting, she receives condemnation.

FINE!!

Sit behind your computers and do nothing else!!

To each their own!!

Default Global Donations

What is interesting is that when the Tsunami hit in southern hemisphere, there was an instantaneous outpouring of assistance from every point of the globe.

Yet I have not seen one hotline set up for this disaster, in New Orleans?

Any ideas?

"The only difference between the chaos of New Orleans and a Third World disaster operation, he said, was that a foreign dictator would have responded better."

Well, this is true. Like I've said, "third world country, anyone?"

Bush may not be foreign, but he works for foreign interests and is a Dictator; perhaps the reason he and his posse' have responded just as a third world country leader would.

We are a new third world country and we are under the control of dictators. The world is beginning to see us as such and they feel empathy for us at the hands of liars and theives.

This leaves us vulnerable for "foreign" invasion whether orchestrated by them or not.

The poverty level within the US has just risen;

Our leaders do not respond to the people's needs;

We are being robbed at the gas pumps and now the gulf oil drilling has been affected; insult to injury;

More money that the taxpayers have to borrow from them for aid and rebuilding; most probably giving contracts to their own.

GAWD, this is surreal. I'm sure I'm dreaming!!!
