Default The 300 million yen robbery?

Hi guys.

Glad I found this forum. A couple of weeks ago I read this article about unsolved crimes and the 300 million yen robbery was mentioned in it.

I found it very interesting and starting doing my own research on it etc.

The wikipedia article is pretty lacking in information: 300 million yen robbery - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Have any of you found some interesting articles or theories on it?

I found some japanese websites that talk about it but nothing has really satisfied me yet.

I just cannot believe how this has remained unsolved or that there is so little information about this whole case...

I'm sure something or someone was involved and they kept trying to put the blame on other people.

I can't be the only guy on the net that finds this case interesting!

-Mike

I LOVE this story!

Joined the forum just to reply to you.

I have already thought about seriously writing a script for a movie and presenting it to some producers.

It has some real potential.

Here is some interesting reading:

Japan's Conspiracy (1) P2

Yesterday I was sent a new link to a blog with some interesting "new facts".. friend knows im a big fan of this story so he sent it along. Quite interesting:

Like Regular Chickens: The 300 million yen affair

But your movie has already been produced as a series apparently.. sorry to burst your bubble

"San Oku En Jiken: 40 Nenme no Nazo" is what it was called.

I've found that series linked before.. But I don't think it ever got made or I just can't seem to find enough info on it.

Either way I am talking about an american movie not something from japan!

A real hollywood production.

The like regular chickens post is a really good read, you will probably enjoy it.

It seems realistic enough... or he is just really good at telling stories :P
