Where precisely did you read about this ihimself - none of the above is true.

Blue blood comes from the fact the descendants of royalties and the rich were racist and didn't want to mix genes with darker coloured people and so their skin stayed pale, and therefore you could see their blue veins easier - hence blue blood.

Argyria is not the reason for blue bloods and colloidal silver has never been proved to cure anything, in fact argyria is really all it does. It is an alternative medicine, or in other words, medicine that doesn't have positive pharmacological properties.
