The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) sabotaged the levee. So say more than 25 eyewitnesses, primarily but not exclusively blacks. Some weather-warfare experts contend Hurricane Katrina was man-made, created and directed by the latest technology and high-level treachery.
On the ground and in helicopters, FEMA operatives have vowed to identify and snuff out the finger-pointers. But, like the War of 1812, amid British-instigated violence, a French and American alliance is protecting brave Americans.
I couldn't get the videos to work on this site. Do you have any other links where I can see this supposed "true reason" why the levees broke?

It's about time that the Hurricane experts informed us of the wind speed in New Orleans.
After Andrew, even when the Hurricane Center was hit in Miami and all equipment out, they knew wind speeds were as high as 165 mph.
And, with Andrew, they sent people from the area that wasn't hit the hardest to the area that was thinking they would be safer there. They weren't, as usual, just before landfall, the storm changed course.
Loss of life was minimal, but people spent hours with mattresses on their heads waiting for the storm to end.
There was no communication with the Hurricane Center, so Brian Norcross, meteorologist, guided people through the storm via radio.
So, if they directed the Hurricane's path into New Orleans and knew the levee was going to break as well, then, the destruction would not have been as widespread.
Our troops would not be fanned out in three different states; although I'm not hearing much about Alabama.
We know New Orleans was under evacuation orders. Wasn't this because they thought the worst of the storm was coming their way??
She made a very "big" turn to the right according to the imagery before landfall or in time to evacuate the areas in Mississippi and Alabama who would face the worst of the Hurricane???
In other words, what path was projected before the storm hit????

ENGINEERS plugged the levee break that had swamped much of New Orleans with Hurricane Katrina’s floodwaters, as the city’s mayor announced his grimmest yet prediction: as many as 10,000 dead.
Ray Nagin upped his estimate of the probable death toll in his city from merely thousands, telling NBC’s Today show, “It wouldn’t be unreasonable to have 10,000.”
