Don't do it.
Dozens of teenagers are dead this fall because they have meningitus shots given to them. The problem: The bacteria wasn't 'quite' dead.
Same goes for flu. No point in getting a shot for a flu that 1) Will actually weaken the immune system by focussing on the particular at the expense of general immunity, and 2) Is a strain of flu that in all likelyhood will not be a problem in your area.
It is "planned illness": you had better damned well believe it.
I've never had a flu shot, never will.
