Unfortunately, I don't keep alternate language fonts on my computer, but I know someone who studies languages who would know what this is and how to read it. Let me get back to you on this. PM me if you don't hear back in a week.

I know it's not memory address or hexidecimal coding, that's for sure.

I believe it's Arabic.

Those are forgien characters that are available by pressing alt and any combination of 3 numerals in the numbers keypad. They represent the phonetical diferences in the latin and cyrillian alphabet.
