Sure. We all witness the cutting around the corners; I guess pulling the rug is next.

With Enough Power To Secretly Spy On All Political Oponents

Bypassing "The Constitution", With The "Terrorist Al-Qaeda Excuse," & At Tax-Payer's Expense

Presiding "Above The Law"

18,000 Al-Qaeda Cells In The US, Or Political Opponents ???
"According to the Bush Administration and the head of the NSA, all those extra-legal taps were aimed at Al Qaeda suspects (the administration argument is that the Congressional authorization in September 2001 for the President to use force to pursue Al Qaeda gave him the authority he needed to justify the executive order on NSA warrant-less domestic spying).

Does anyone really believe there are thousands of legitimate Al Qaeda targets to monitor in the U.S.? If so, just who is left for the U.S. to allegedly be hunting in Afghanistan? The entire Al Qaeda terrorist apparatus, and probably Hamas and the Red Army Faction, must have moved stateside to come up with those kinds of numbers!

No. History has made it all too obvious what has actually been going on: It's Cointelpro all over again."

That's 87% Respondents Want Him On Trial - :-o :-o :-o

That's 87% Respondents Want Him On Trial

Yes, between the secret spying, the deceptions leading to war and more, there is plenty to justify putting him on trial.

Unless of course, he is the declared American Dictator,” & we can’t, because there is no power on our side to make the law of the Constitution Of The US” & “The Bill Of Rights stand to our defense. In that case all you can do is say, "Goodbye Land" & "Hello my fellow slaves"...

Bush's Dangerous Game - w/ Allegiance To No One
"Bush abused the NSA for personal political purposes."

"This is serious evidence that the American people now reject Bush and stand aware that the man represents the same dynamic to America as Hitler to Germany."

"If this interpretation is incorrect it can only be incorrect on the basis that that the Congress is not willing to sweep a Constitutional crisis under the rug, or that the Bush administration is impeached altogether which requires not only the country to face the NSA abuse but the truths of 9-11."

Bush Plans National Despotism Party
"President Bush, seeking to become President for Life, has given the green light to key recommendations of a secret 30-page planning document entitled "Justifications for One-Party Rule in America.

Two sources verify that terrorist threats or attacks against key cities such as Houston and Bakersfield will be used to trigger formation of a national unity party, the National Despotism Party, which would then be asked by the President to suspend the Constitution and declare "necessary and essential measures"(Martial Law ???) to fight the war on terror on American soil."

Judge Resigns Over Secret Surveillance - May Have Tainted The Court
"A federal judge has resigned from a special court set up to oversee government surveillance, apparently in protest of President Bush's secret authorization of a domestic spying program on people with suspected terrorist ties.

U.S. District Judge James Robertson would not comment Wednesday on his resignation, but The Washington Post reported that it stemmed from deep concern that the surveillance program Bush authorized was legally questionable and may have tainted the work of the court."

Daschle - Congress Didn't Ok Spying Authority
"The use of warrantless wiretaps on American citizens was never discussed when Congress authorized the White House to use force against al-Qaida after the Sept. 11 attacks, says former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle.

In an article printed Friday on the op-ed page of The Washington Post, Daschle also wrote that Congress explicitly denied a White House request for war-making authority in the United States."

With Absolute Power & Without "Checks & Balances" ??? - :-o :-o :-o

With Absolute Power & Without "Checks & Balances"

Bush Could Seize Absolute Control Of US Government
"President George W. Bush has signed executive orders giving him sole authority to impose martial law, suspend habeas corpus and ignore the Posse Comitatus Act that prohibits deployment of U.S. troops on American streets . This would give him absolute dictatorial power over the government with no checks and balances ."

"Brinkerhoff wrote that intentions of Posse Comitatus are misunderstood and misapplied and that the U.S. has in times of national emergency the full and absolute authority to send troops into American streets to enforce order and maintain the peace."

"Executive orders already signed by Bush allow the Northern Command to send troops into American streets, seize control of radio and television stations and networks and impose martial law in times of national emergency ."

Millions Of Americans' Constitutional Rights Violated - :-o :-o :-o

Millions Of Americans' Constitutional Rights Violated

Whistleblower Says NSA Violations Bigger
"A former NSA employee said Tuesday there is another ongoing top-secret surveillance program that might have violated millions of Americans' Constitutional rights.

Russell D. Tice told the House Government Reform Subcommittee on National Security, Emerging Threats and International Relations he has concerns about a "special access" electronic surveillance program that he characterized as far more wide-ranging than the warrentless wiretappingrecently exposed by the New York Times but he is forbidden from discussing the program with Congress.

Tice said he believes it violates the Constitution's protection against unlawful search and seizures but has no way of sharing the information without breaking classification laws. He is not even allowed to tell the congressional intelligence committees - members or their staff - because they lack high enough clearance."

What Can We Do To Reclaim Our Birthright? - :-o :-o :-o

What Can We Do To Reclaim Our Birthright?
Then we won’t be able to answer our children, “What happened to “America?” How come we are not “free?” What can we “do?,” to reclaim our “birthright?”

Are We Still A “Democracy” When We Are…

Guilty Until Proven Innocent.

Can not discuss ideology, or display slogans or posters that either question or criticizes your government’s global & domestic policies at any school or university, w/o being subjected to serious scrutiny by administration or authorities.

Can no longer make a living w/ the career you chose & succeeded for the last 20 years, because now those jobs are being offered to third world participants in the global village, instead of being available to support Americans & their families.

Can no longer find a job. Period.

Can not legally steal unless you belong to an elite secret society, like “Skull & Bones.”

Can no longer dream of the American dream. As a matter of fact, you can no longer “dream” of a better tomorrow, because there are no signs whatsoever that there is going to be a bright future anywhere you look.

Can not expect to hear anything about this in the “regular news” on TV, because they just don’t cover what is going on in America right now. They pretend things are just fine. It’s just another war, another year, another slump in the economy, another lay-off, another law to remove civil-rights, another killed soldier, another killed microbiologist, another tax, another… mistake,… or it’s just “friendly fire”…

Can no longer peacefully demonstrate w/o being harassed & photographed by secret police.

Can no longer believe that your government is actually looking out for your well being, in any regard.

Can no longer believe that your government can provide an environment in which you could have the fair chance to prosper in any possible way.

Can no longer believe that your government represents you as an individual w/in a society where one can make a living, w/o violating some insidious law, like fishing w/o a lisence.

If things keep taking this course, pretty soon we will not even be able to express our frustrations in writing & posting them in internet forums, like this one, where other frustrated individuals can read them & realize, they are not the only ones living the same nightmare.

And I could keep going, on, & on, & on… but what’s the point?

Then we won’t be able to answer our children, “What happened to “America?” How come we are not “free?” What can we “do?,” to reclaim our “birthright?”

JIMBO
As much as I like reading your posts I have to to say that you keep writing that America is a Democracy, Wrong, America is a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC! Theres a big difference, however I'm not blind or braindead, America now is currently a Tin-Horn Dictatorship just as you've said on other threads. And that is truly sad and pathetic.http://www.gemworld.com/USAvsUS.htm

America’s Tin-Horn Dictatorship - :-o :-o :-o

America’s Tin-Horn Dictatorship !!!

America’s Tin-Horn Dictatorship !!!

I only use the word “Democracy,” ironically & as a reminder. Not that it ever really was one, but so they keep telling us & the rest of the World that we are one, & that we are in a worldly crusade to spread “Democracy.” Just as “we can only maintain peace violently,” “War is Peace,” “Slavery is Freedom,” & such, as by the “lies we are fed every day” their “fictitious & fabricated events” become our “reality.” The sad thing is that here in the US a lot of people still think that we are still indeed a “Democracy.” They have yet to ponder on what’s really going on…

A PNAC Primer - Rise Of The Neocons - :-o :-o :-o

A PNAC Primer - Rise Of The Neocons
For the benefit of the <b>”<u>newbies</u>”</b>, this will help put current events in their proper perspective.

A PNAC Primer - Rise Of The Neocons

<b>June 1997</b> - The <b>Project for a New American Century (PNAC)</b> was born. Populated by influential Movers of industry and Shakers of public opinion, the <b>PNAC</b> is an organization united in the <u>vision for a </b>global U.S. empire</u></b> - <b>"Pax Americana"</b> - through coercion and military domination. Their philosophy can be simply summarized:
<blockquote><ul>
<li>There are countries to plunder and fortunes to be made. You have it, we want it. Do as we say or suffer the consequences.</li>
<li>The U.S. already has a powerful military but we plan to nurture and grow it until it's massive and we are indominable. Resistance is futile. We are.......</li>
</ul></blockquote>
<b>Dick Cheney, Jeb Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, Steve Forbes, William J. Bennett, Frank Gaffney, and I. Lewis ("Scooter") Libby</b>, signator's - among others - of the <b>PNAC's "Statement of Principles</b>".
<blockquote><i>
"We need to...challenge regimes hostile to our interests and values."

"We need to increase defense spending significantly if we are to carry out our global responsibilities today and modernize our armed forces for the future."

<b>"<u>It is important to shape circumstances before crises emerge</u>."</b>
</i></blockquote>
http://www.newamericancentury.org/statementofprinciples.htm

<b>JANUARY 1998</b> - The <b>PNAC</b> knew that he who owns the oil also owns the world so they sent a letter to President Clinton urging him to attack Iraq and remove Saddam Hussein from power since he put "a significant portion of the world's supply of oil at hazard". Clinton didn't grant them their wish and the PNAC was disheartened that they couldn't manipulate the military while outside of the White House power structure.

http://www.newamericancentury.org/iraqclintonletter.htm

<u>PNAC Members</u> Elevated To The Bush Hierarchy Include:
<blockquote><ul>
<li><b>Donald Rumsfeld</b> - Secretary of Defense</li>
<li><b>Paul Wolfowitz</b> - Deputy Secretary of Defense</li>
<li><b>Elliott Abrams</b> - Member of the National Security Council</li>
<li><b>John Bolton</b> - Undersecretary for Arms Control and InternationalSecurity</li>
<li><b>Richard Perle</b> - Chairman of the advisory Defense Policy Board</li>
<li><b>Richard Armitage</b> - Deputy Secretary of State</li>
<li><b>John Bolton</b> - Undersecretary of State for Disarmament</li>
<li><b>Zalmay Khalilzad</b> - White House liaison to the Iraqi opposition</li>
<li><b>Condoleezza Rice</b> - National Security Advisor</li>
</ul></blockquote>

Film - A Scanner Darkly

Film Exposes Phony Drug War & Police State
Coming soon to a town near you. Be ready !!! – ”Come with us, “For Your Protection”…”

A new film set for release later this year chronicles how power interests exploit the drug war in order to create unthinking armies of drone servants and erect police state measures to prevent the people from ever glimpsing the dark truth behind a highly mechanized surveillance panopticon.

The film stars Keanu Reeves, Robert Downy, Jr., Woody Harrelson, Winona Ryder and features Alex Jones himself-- still bullhorning the truth in the future nightmare world. The Warner Brothers film is currently slated for release on July 7, 2006.

This movie brilliantly exposes the fraud of the drug war and how governments and power interests engender chaos in order to maintain their stranglehold on the human population.

An iron fist police state, a multi-tentacle surveillance grid and the abolition of freedom of speech protects the truth behind Substance D, a reality the characters seek to quantify in the midst of their hallucinogenic haze.

Society is managed similar to the tyranny of Communist China, where protesters are simply grabbed off the street and disappeared, as encapsulated by Alex Jones' role.
