Well, first off, 13 is not relevant to Freemasonry. Second, 33 is only relevant to the Scottish Rite, a branch of Freemasonry.

The flag also happens to be blue just like the first 3 “blue degrees” of Masonry.
^Non sequitur

There are 13 degrees of York-Rite Masonry and 33 degrees of Scottish-Rite.
Actually there are only 29 degrees of the Scottish Rite with the 33rd being an honorary degree. The York Rite confers only 6-degrees and 3-orders with an optional degree in the Cryptic Masons, but with both bodies the first 3-degrees belongs under the authority of the Lodge and Grand Lodge.

The eagle, one of the main symbols of Scottish-Rite Freemasonry, is found on the dollar bill.
Chosen by a non-Mason.

Quote:
Head of the Supreme Council of World Freemasonry Albert Pike invented the 33rd degree of Freemasonry in 1832. He was Chief Judicial Officer and Co-Founder of the KKK ( K = 11th letter, 11 x 3 = 33 )
There is no such position as listed above. Nor did Pike invent the 33rd degree. He reformed the rituals, but the 33rd degree already existed and had since 1801. He also was not a member or officer of the KKK.

Yeah, you usually put something like this whenever I hand you facts. How can you cite sources with such blatant lies in them?
