incredible...errrm how normal.

Quote:
Federal police given greater powers to seize information from businesses, airlines and journalists which could help in terrorism investigations.
wonder if that's originals or photocopies ?

"businesses"...very general.
"journalists"...very general.
"airlines"...very specific.

Take and make disappear ?

With how pissed the coppers are over this I have but one thing to say...better to be roasted for mistakenly giving away the plot out of desperation to save good Oz souls than be shown for what you are...a fucking lier.

It's all show. The whole freakin thing.

Howard is not going to live this down. Conservative radio is pissed at this baseless bullshit.

Where did Winston think he was? The U.S?

Has that feel about it. People believe the changes are a smoke screen for impending I.R. Reform. Perhaps it is the other way around.

Many Australian are not very impressed with the legal implications and loss of liberty. These people include ex citizens of communist countries. They recognize the signs of the times.

the words in the ABC article were pretty well how the news article went.

However, it was a continuous statement on vid, and not in Parliament, but outside, as he met the press.

Wierd.
