Here's why a new fake terror attack would be needed. People are fighting the patriot act hard:
There has been some intense fighting in the government regarding the patriot act. Bush and his cronies will not stop to renew this thing. Here's what happened in mid november.

WASHINGTON - A near-agreement to extend the controversial Patriot Act was blocked yesterday by an odd-bedfellows coalition of liberals and conservatives who protested that it did too little to protect Americans’ civil liberties.
The Patriot Act, which gives law-enforcement officials significant power to wiretap and search suspects in the United States, was Congress’ main response to the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. But critics have always complained about the powers it gives police to invade the privacy of citizens, including the right to examine library records and search homes without residents knowing it.
As a result of such continuing concerns, an unusual coalition of Republicans and Democrats in the Senate and House was sufficiently upset at the latest proposed revisions in the Patriot Act that leaders yesterday agreed to drop the immediate consideration of it, partly to avoid a threatened filibuster in the Senate over the weekend.
Now just about two or three days ago, the same thing happened again. You think Bush would stop after being foiled in November? Fuck no.
Anti-terror Patriot Act renewal blocked in Senate

WASHINGTON - A bipartisan group of U.S. senators, demanding increased protection of civil liberties, defied President George W. Bush on Friday and blocked legislation to renew the USA Patriot Act, a centerpiece of his war on terrorism.
On a Senate vote of 52-47, mostly Republican backers of the measure fell eight short of the needed 60 to end debate and move to passage of it.
Proponents of the legislation warned that much of sweeping anti-terror law was to expire at the end of the month, and if it did, the nation could be placed at increased risk.
And now, for a new article.
Why The Patriot Act Is Intended To Fail
Next attack will give Globalists reason to blame 'Constitution huggers,' NSA spying leak part of the disinfo
From all the indications we have studied it seems that the Patriot Act is intentionally destined to fail so that when the Globalists carry out a terror attack they can blame 'civil liberties advocates' for preventing them from keeping the general public safe and then reject out of hand criticism of all future police state legislation that they pass.
Why do they need the Patriot Act to fail? Because if the Globalists carry out another terror attack right now, people will be inclined to say that the existing Patriot Act powers were in the hands of the government and they failed to protect us, thus discrediting the police state legislation.
