Agree 55132.

Nah NH...no starbucks in West Oz though they have it in the East I think...ask my good buddy Oz Cynic.

Fortunately the coffee was excellent and I consumed 2 large mugs. The sea breeze was in though and it was a little chilly on the coast.

All in all a good day so the forecast is for NWO backdown and paradise for all.

Will update.

Most interesting Eddie.

Quote:
And now for inflation

Not satisfied with seignorage, and thinking it a good wheeze anyway, governments eventually caught on to the advantage of producing even more paper over and above that 'needed' [12] for trade. Once more, government gets goods for virtually nothing in exchange for the extra money that it prints. This surplus money has all the various advantages for the government delineated elsewhere and a very great deal of disadvantage for the average member of the population. But then, whoever suggested government was your honest friend?

There is another prime manner in which inflation can occur. This is when an economy shrinks, for then there are less goods while the amount of money remains the same. Strangely, a great many commentators confuse a growing economy as inflationary and a contracting economy as deflationary, such is the innumeracy abroad in the land. The confusion seems to be that as an economy expands, so labour becomes in short supply; thus the price of labour increases and this rising price becomes confused with inflation.

Any rising price in one part of the economy will always be matched with falling prices elsewhere in the economy, as long as both the supply of money and the propensity to trade remain stable (see also velocity of money). Inflation, on the other hand, is due almost always to the government printing worthless money in order to cheat you out of your property. Inflation results in a general rise in prices, not a rise in prices for a good that is currently in short supply. Naturally the government does everything it can in order to confuse the two situations, constantly lying and pretending that rising wages or some such is 'causing' inflation. Most are taken in by this, after all government also widely controls the universities and has a cosy relationship with the media and banking combines.

The answer is banks. They will repossess all the collaterals on loans they made with their non-existent money. It is during the recessions that they get their hands on real material wealth.

They rape the people while they work(taxes) then go back to reap their rewards of recession - pillaging and plundering any assests that remain at bargain basement prices. Understanding this world sometimes makes me sick to my stomach.

My friends from rich First World countries...
you are just beginning to feel what is like to be ripped off by the bankers and government. Here in Brazil we know it firsthand. People have 10 times less income than in the US. 10 times !
All the money the government takes from us goes to the IMF bankers. It has been like this since the 1800s, when Brazil got into debt with ...guess who...England.

They always find traitors of our country who will sell the people`s wealth for a condo in Miami and an account in Switzerland. Do you know who is the president of our Central Bank ? Meirelles, who used to be CEO of Fleet / Bank Boston ! The former minister of economy used to be a sidekick of Soros !

And the president of Brazil says he is a socialist ! They are ALL in the same side, i.e., against us.

So, don`t complain about your situation...you need at least 50 years of exploitation to go down to our level. (sigh...)

That's what I mean. Makes you sick to understand what they are doing - same old song and dance all over the globe effecting how many families? Debt. The bankers are clawing it back from all sides - individually to nation by nation?

I fear cash will be a thing of the past. How will the poor survive? Better than the "rich", is my bet. And the "elite" think they're safe? They are the biggest fools of all. Their time is coming and it's not gonna be pleasant.

Saturnino, you are correct in your assertion. I appreciate how far up the ladder I began. Had I been born elsewhere, my life would not be as it is. I consider my family blessed and I do thank God, daily.
