Sure, tracking and tracing programs like this start off innocently enough saying it's only for those pedophiles/rapist/murder types and illegal aliens. But, then they grossly extend the definition of what criminal is under the patriot act and other such draconian legislation so everyone who isn't in line with said govt. orders is criminalized. So you either want to be free or secure. You can't have it both ways. Sadly, most people would rather be secure. :-P
