Default An open letter to the Supreme Court

If it is in this countries best interrest to abolish the present Supreme Court system, because it has become a corrupt entity , and establish one instead that is elected by the peoples of this country, with safeguards of impeachment or forced resignations, would you support this referendum?

Bad idea. Last thing we need is inbred idiots like madthumbs directly influencing the SCOTUS. The ability to vote should be restricted. It won't happen, but at least we have the electoral college to keep really bad things from happening.

Wouldn't this require a new amendment to our beloved Constitution? I suppose it's possible, but not very likely. Our populace would not handle true Democracy very well. It takes love, dedication, education, and a sincere desire to serve others.

I rest my case.
