They weren't racist. They were stupid, ignorant, hurtful and ill considered.

Endemol the production company have put a spin on the situation to make her the fall.

They created her and made her famous, now they destroy her. And the corporate logo of Endemol is the all seeing eye. Another reminder that at the end of the day, they create and control our lives.

Yep, you're right, I think the irony of that would be lost on many, not just myself.

In Peace,
BlueAngel

If the irony has to be explained, it's really pointless.

Lose it or do you relish the idea?

Not really pointless.

Sorry, but the links you've provided clearly indicate that her expletive and so-called racist remarks were on tape, viewed and she admits to saying them.

This does not make her a scapegoat.

These were clearly words that came out of her mouth.

In Peace,
BlueAngel

They were.

But they were not racist "Shilpa Popadom" is like somebody calling "_bondi another shrimp on the barbie".

Jade Goody isn't the sharpest tool in the box, what she said was hurtful, stupid......they've even got her believing they were racist statements.

And Blue Angel, I'm surprised at you.....siding with the common press?

It's pointless if it has to be explained.

The irony can be applied to demonic forces inside the "satanic cult."

Turning innocent "angelic" beings into sex slaves.

Never said I was siding with anyone. It is SHE who admitted to saying what she said. I just pointed that out.

It is not for me to judge.

It is what IT is. Razor sharp!

But, you said they were racist. Now you're saying they're not. Make up your mind.

Why do they want to make her fall?

Jade Goody became famous for simply being a Big Brother contestant, she is a household name in the uk.

Her love life, her past all public knowledge her fame came from Big brother.

I believe they are showing that while they can create stars, they can also destroy them. The production team can edit what they desire in that house, and chose to reinforce the alleged racist comments.

Gordon Brown (the next British PM) is in India spinning the situation for all it is worth.

And at the end of the day, they were silly comments from a woman who isn't the best educated in the world...a hot headed young woman, with a tough upbringing.

I would say the comments were ignorant, hurtful and nasty.

But at the end of the day, there is more inherrent racism in Government than this young woman has displayed.

But what do the public get to read about?

This poor poor woman, who's carreer now lies in shreds.

I genuinely feel sorry for her.
