Yes. They both wrote postings in some dialect, that's not english (coded?)

I think, Spectre, Cold and RedRat are the same.

As far as the dialect, is it "coded" for mind control purposes and are you talking about the Egyptian post?

I get strange emails advertising something and then at the bottom in very fine print are several paragraph of what I refer to as jibberish.

I use to read them, but I think it is for "scrambling" purposes. I SPAM them now.
