Default Telus Leading "End of Internet" with PPV Spark Product - JOIN BOYCOTT

Telus has already started the 'seeds' of the END OF THE INTERNET with their new 'Spark Product.' - which charges users on a Pay-Per-View setting, and only allows access to certain websites.

All corporations use a standard 'creeping introduction' for product and price controls - you have just seen the 'leading edge of the wedge.' First businesses will put it on the cell phones, and next it will be on the Internet packages they offer. People's apathy and inability to boycott Telus will ensure the success of this endeavour, sadly because the vast majority of users who read this and subscribe to Telus will do nothing about it. Why? Namely because they are not directly affected by it at this time. But that is how it gets introduced, and that is how THE END OF THE INTERNET gets implemented. So its important that you understand this now - that what you do today will determine if you will have an open and neutral Internet in 2-5 years from now.

Ever listen to the famous AOL Cancel My Account Call.. It clearly shows that companies could care less, as long they can keep you on billing, they RUN ON MONEY, and they react REAL FAST when their subscribers drop them.

So here are some 'alternatives.' -

1. Copy and Send This Posting to Everyone You Know With a Telus Account.

2. Choose Your Alternative Long Distance Provider (none favoured simply listed in order of pricing).
Rapid Cell 2.9cents / Minute (Cell Phone)
Dial'n'Save 3.8cents / Minute
Vonage Phone Service Unlimited $14.99 / Month
Primus (Can Change Home Provider Service $19.99 / Month)
Primus (Unlimited w/ Home Phone Service $49.95 / Month)
Canada Long Distance Providers

3. Choose Your Alternative Cell Phone Provider
Fido Cell Phone Provision

4. Choose You Alternative High Speed Internet
Shaw High Speed Internet

It is important to note that a unified 'Divide and Conquer' mentality is adopted by a organized public. Each carrier should in turn receive massive subscriber drops and service cancellations until they completely drop their plans for a 'Controlled Internet.' Once they come clean and ascribe to net-neutrality - then by all means switch back. If you notice Fido is actually owned by Rogers who is already throttling accounts. So there is no 'third option out' in some cases - and only a 'divide and conquer scenario' will work at this time.

Finally it is incredibly important that whoever you do switch to KNOW that they could be the ones to get dropped if they ascribe anything to a PPV style Internet. It sends a clear message in several directions. Perhaps only 10-20K people need to act to stop them in their tracks. Its easier to pull out a weed when its small, than to have to rip out a oak tree once it becomes more entrenched - that is why it is critical that you act now.

Dylan Pattyn *, who is currently writing an article for Time Magazine on the issue, has official confirmation from sources within Bell Canada and is interviewing a marketing representative from TELUS who confirms the story and states that TELUS has already started blocking all websites that aren't in the subscription package for mobile Internet access.
This is only for the internet on your cell phone which only total addicts and losers use.
You've all gone insane and I'm just laughing at you!!
